At LightBurn Software, we strive for total customer satisfaction with our digital products and hardware accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process within 30 days of delivery.
Return Process
- 1.Review Eligibility
Ensure your item is in its original packaging and unused, or for software, that the license key has not been activated or was deactivated prior to the request.
- 2.Submit a Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 3.Package and Ship
Securely pack your hardware items with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside and ship them to our designated processing center.
- 4.Receive Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
